But I know when I get back to a wintery Ireland, I'll be stocking up on some new pieces for my Autumn wardrobe!

NYC stole my heart.
I've scheduled this wee blog to post while I'm all cocoa buttered up on a Lanzarote beach :)
Before I jetted off for a week in the sun, I was thinking back to where I was last August - NEW YORK CITY.
Even though I was there over a year ago, and it was only for one week, I still have not got over it. I went to New York and all I brought back was a broken heart.
It was better than I expected, and believe me, I had unrealistic expectations. It was busy, loud, exciting. There were yellow cabs with crazy drivers everywhere! There were countless restaurants and bars. And Bergdorf Goodman was unreal. However, maybe I had been watching too much Sex and the City, but I was looking forward to being front row to the daily fashion shows of the sidewalks, however, most women were either wearing tracksuits, or business suits with trainers. I was so disappointed. Everyday, I had a different planned outfit, and I mostly felt a wee bit over dressed!
Anyway, I thought I'd post a few photos of my NYC trip, and some of the outfits I wore...
I cannot wait to go back to New York. If I figured out how to live there I'd be there in a New York minute. It's just too expensive.
If you could live anywhere where would it be? Or maybe you're happy just where you are :)

Tomorrow Tomorrow.
Eeep!
It's time :) I fly off to Lanzarote (super early) in the morning!
I have been crazy busy, and so this has once again reflected in my lack of posts. I have been working right up to my holidays, and this is my first day off. And as usual, I have left everything to be done/bought/picked up today.
So I thought I'd do a quick wee post before my week on the beach.
Because of where I work, I am bombarded with new cosmetic products, and am always surrounded with the most devine creams, parfums and lipsticks. So I'm going to go down the cosmetics route for a change, and this is a wee lust list of the most lavish cosmetics I am cravvvinggg!

Countdown.
So the holiday countdown has begun. There's only ten days to go, and that KFC I had for dinner will show up just in time for the beach. Sexy.
I realised that I better start my usual packing routine, so it's List Time :) Possibly the most exciting thing for me in the build up to a holiday. Does that make me a loser?
So anyway, I have a big bag in my spare room that I have been adding to these past few weeks, and so I thought I would start there before starting my list.

Stuck in Summer
I can't believe how long it's been since my last blog! Shocking.
I've just been super busy with work and getting everything sorted for my holidays which is just under two weeks away! It is all I have been thinking about!
I will upload some photos of my favourite holiday pieces, but just to fill the gap I thought I would do a super quick lust list.
There are some lovely high street Autumn pieces out now, but I am still in Summer Sun mode, so I thought I could squeeze one more summer inspired lust list before it becomes too out of place. I think Im pushing it now with the weather we've been having!
